Everything you need to know about ORII jewellery, natural Feicui, sizing, care, shipping and returns.
What is natural Feicui?
Feicui is a natural jade material valued for its colour, translucency and individual texture. Every stone is naturally unique, so no two ORII pieces will look exactly the same.
Are the stones natural?
ORII pieces are made with 100% natural Feicui. Natural variations in colour, inclusions, texture and translucency are part of each stone’s character and are not considered faults.
What metals do you use?
Our jewellery is primarily crafted in S925 sterling silver. Some designs feature a gold-toned finish; please check the individual product description for the exact material and finish.
Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?
Because every natural stone is one of a kind, your piece may vary slightly from the photographs in colour, pattern, translucency and dimensions. We aim to represent each design as accurately as possible.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our Jewellery Size Guide and the measurements shown on each product page. If you are between ring sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid perfume, lotions, household chemicals and prolonged contact with water. Store pieces separately in a soft pouch and wipe gently with a clean, dry cloth after wear.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times and available services are shown at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for current details.
Can I return an item?
Return eligibility depends on the item and destination. For hygiene reasons, some pierced earrings may not be returnable. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy before ordering.
How do I use my welcome discount?
Enter your welcome code at checkout. The offer is intended for eligible first orders and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
